Refund policy
At Dhara Ayurveda, we ensure careful packaging and quality checks before dispatch. Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and consumable products, we follow a strict return and refund policy.
Return Window
Return or refund requests must be raised within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Eligibility for Return & Refund
We accept return and refund requests only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged at the time of delivery
- The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with results.
Mandatory Video Proof
To be eligible for a return or refund, a clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
- The video must be recorded while opening the package
- Outer packaging, inner packaging, and product must be clearly visible
- No cuts, edits, or pauses should be present in the video
Requests without proper video proof will be rejected.

Verification & Refund Process
Once the request is received, our team will verify the details provided. After successful verification:
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method
- The refund will be completed within 10 working days
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Products returned without approval
- Requests made after 30 days of delivery
