All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on non-working days may be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:
- Prepaid Orders: Delivered within 2 working days
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Delivered within 5 to 6 working days

Dhara Ayurveda shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, incorrect address details, or circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
In case of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if delivery attempts fail, the order may be returned to origin. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
